The welcoming staff made me feel right at home.
Unfortunately, I found the noise levels quite disruptive during my stay. The walls were not soundproofed well enough, and I frequently heard loud televisions from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the nearby church bells rang too early for my comfort, which compounded the issue and made getting a good night's sleep challenging.

San Luis offered a comfortable stay at a great price. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, soft sheets, and lots of cozy blankets. The cleanliness was top-notch, and having a flat-screen TV with many channels was a nice bonus. I appreciated the location. it’s just a short walk—about 7 minutes—to the main square and restaurants nearby. Free WiFi worked well, and I enjoyed the hot water in the shower, especially since it gets chilly at night in San Cristobal. However, noise from other guests echoed in the halls. Poor insulation meant that sounds, especially from televisions, could be quite distracting. Also, lacking bedside lamps made reading in bed a challenge. Regardless, I would return because the positive aspects outweighed the negatives, especially for the price.

San Luis is a gem! My spacious room had cozy blankets, soft sheets, and a spotless vibe. Loved how close it was to the central park—just a quick 7-minute walk! The only downside was hearing TV noise from adjacent rooms, but overall, it’s a solid stay for the price.

A spacious room with a comfy bed and soft sheets ensured a restful stay. The location, just a short walk from the main square, was convenient for sightseeing. Amenities like daily maid service and plenty of hot water made the experience enjoyable. However, the noise from adjacent rooms was quite disruptive, and I wished for more soundproofing. On a couple of occasions, the ringing of the nearby church bells added to the disturbance, making sleep challenging.
